Amanda Trippler is a mixed media sculptor who currently resides in San Jose, California. In 2015, she graduated with a BFA in Ceramics from Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis. Trippler is currently working on her MFA thesis at San Jose State University, which she will complete in December of 2019. Trippler also teaches an introduction to ceramics class. She uses a variety of mediums including: ceramic, thread, fabric, furniture, and found objects.
